I'm absolutely loving Spensa's character. She's easily become my favorite YA protagonist ever. The first third of the book drags a bit with world-building and explaining the DDF air force, but it's all worth it once M-Bot shows up. I was seriously considering quitting the series before that! M-Bot single-handedly elevated this book to my favorite sci-fi read. I can't get enough of their dynamic. It's like nothing else matters.
